We are pleased to announce to all our clients our major new initiatives, together with a rebranding of Connect to properly reflect our growing Managed Services capability.
Connect Managed Services is more than just a communications company. We are investing significantly in our market-leading, proprietary, remote monitoring and automated event management capability. This Managed Service from Connect now enables us to support multi-vendor technologies and networks for our clients on a truly global basis.
We are also currently developing a client Business Intelligence Dashboard to allow full, 24/7 visibility of the performance and health of your entire network. This invaluable client portal will be freely available to clients with a Managed Service contract and accessible on any device. We are currently BETA testing the Portal and Dashboard, which also benefits from geo-spatial intelligence and automated reporting with a selection of clients and we look forward to its full launch in October 2014.
We are now able to offer our Managed Service on all of the major technology vendors including Cisco, Microsoft, Avaya and ShoreTel to name a few. As such we have also developed a new suite of Solution Briefs written by our CTO, Martin Cross that provide clear guidance on transforming Unified Communications estates, as well as Video Conferencing, Contact Centre and BYOD solutions.
